Induction Program for Freshers

Orienting student's Head & Heart with institution

Life Coaching through Neuro Linguistic Programming

For the first time in colleges of India

Why this program?

A child cries when it comes out of a womb because of the change in environment. This change makes a child feel uncomfortable, embarrassed and irritated. However without this change there cannot be a new life.

Coming out of house and joining a college, staying away from family and staying in hostel is a difficult change for a student to accept. There would be a change in the food, habitat and culture. This creates an emotional disturbance in them. The question arises should we go with the change or go back? One who doesn’t embrace change would be embarrassed.

Isn’t it necessary for a student to lead change?

Great people like Swami Vivekananda, Sir Abdul Kalam said that by the year 2020 India would become a powerful country because of the larger population of Youth.

Our Youth are highly energetic, they are like Diwali rockets packed with potentials. However direction is a challenge. A misdirected Diwali rocket can only create chaos in the college as well as the society.

Don’t we need to direct our Youth towards a productive cause?

Just like a flower without fragrance is incomplete, any qualification without professional qualities is incomplete. Today students have best of the competence, however confidence is the biggest challenge. Qualities like communication, productive attitude, and emotional balance need to be cultivated in the students.

Don’t they need to balance Qualification with Qualities?

In the current scenario majority of the students know everything about the outer world. What about the inner world? We know how nature behaves, how a machine would work but do we know how we behave? Why we behave the way we behave?

Don’t they need to be more aware of self and work on their behaviour?
It’s time to question our beliefs and analyse our perspectives.
